Infinix Smart 2 VS Infinix Smart 2 Pro: features

Finally  Infinix Mobile has launched the Infinix Smart 2 and Smart 2 Pro after weeks of speculations here in Nigeria.


Infinix Smart 2 & Smart 2 Pro sports has a 5.5-inch HD+ with 720 x 1440 pixel Display and 18:9 screen aspect ratio. The front screen is protected by the 2.5D curved glass with a selfie snapper on the top while Infinix cuts down on the bottom bezel with on-screen navigation buttons.



and also in the same time, both of the devices are powered with a 1.5GHz Quad-Core on MediaTek MT6739 processor and come with two RAM configurations and storage unit. The Smart 2 got 1GB of RAM + 16GB internal storage while Smart 2 Pro has 2GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage. Both storage units can be expanded with a MicroSD card.








# Camera

The Infinix Smart 2 and Smart 2 Pro both has a dual rear camera of 13MP and 2MP lenses which shoot sharp photos with quality image resolutions. The camera also has a features like Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, auto-HDR and it can record full HD videos as there’s also a dedicated LED flash. Moving to the front, the device has an 8MP front-facing camera with an LED flash as well, and it also capable for HD video.


# Security

Coming down to security, the Smart 2|2 Pro gives you a couple of options:

- Face ID plus
- Fingerprint sensor.

See now, you can even unlock your phone in a few seconds by used of your face.


And the only thing that the both phones don't have is Android Go and Android one, Infinix refused this features on their device.
Even the Smart 2 with 1 GB RAM running on a customized UI, I don't think i will welcome these.



Both devices run on  XOS 2.2 with Android v8.1 Oreo. It has a capacity of 3050mAh battery.



The Smart 2 & 2Pro supports dual 4G LTE which the company claims that it redefines your browsing experience and make you enjoy a smarter internet experience. It also supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, and Hotspot for wireless connections.



These two devices are also coming in with a three smart colours:

- Sandstone Black
- Bordeaux Red and
- Serene Gold.

The Smart 2 and Smart 2 Pro are already available for purchase here in Nigeria. Available in Jumia, the Smart 2 with 1GB+16GB goes with a price of N33,500 Nigeria currency, while Smart 2 Pro with 2GB+16GB goes for whopping N43,500.

Samsung Galaxy S10 tested for Android 9.0 beta

Samsung has included references to four Galaxy S10 models in the first beta of Android 9.0 on the Galaxy S9+, Forbes reported. Google Duo launches a new app for iPad and Android tablets

Google has released a new version of its Duo video calling app for Android tablets and iPads.
